i'm getting ready to help teach our classical yoga teacher's training (cytt for short). it's starting this weekend and goes until the end of june. it's a transformative time not only for the students, but also for me, the perpetual student.
i also will be teaching a partner yoga workshop on february 14th. last night i met with my friend nitya, who's going to help me demonstrate the asanas and we practiced what I'm planning on teaching. I forgot how much fun it is, challenging, but seriously fun.
